[Remote] Automotive (SaaS) Account Manager- DC/Baltimore/VA

The Account Manager will develop relationships with assigned clients, educate them on product use, and maximize account potential, requiring significant travel.ResponsibilitiesDrive Affinitiv and Dealer initiatives to drive engagement and growth within existing assigned book of businessOperate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your book of business and escalate any issues to managerBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsDevelop a trusted advisor relationship with key decision makers and build upon existing product useEnsure successful delivery of our software solutions according to client needs and objectivesConduct training and communicate product knowledge effectivelyForecast and track key account metrics for both the client and Affinitiv managementIdentify and grow opportunities within assigned territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainmentAssist with high severity requests or issues and provide swift solutions or escalate to appropriate department as neededTrack and submit expenses accurately on a timely basis.
