Location: Fully Remote (Washington State Preferred) Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST Classification: Hourly | Non-Exempt Work Environment: 100% Remote / Work-From-Home

We’re searching for a highly skilled Family Law Paralegal who combines strong litigation support experience with emotional intelligence, organization, and exceptional client care. What You’ll Be Doing
As a key member of our legal team, you will:
✨ Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients with empathy, professionalism, and responsiveness✨ Manage family law matters from intake through resolution✨ Maintain case files, deadlines, and calendaring using Clio✨ Draft pleadings, discovery, legal correspondence, and simple motions under attorney supervision✨ Support attorneys with mediation preparation and trial readiness✨ Coordinate filings and ensure compliance with Washington State court procedures✨ Meet billing expectations while producing accurate, high-quality work✨ Help create a calm, organized experience for clients navigating difficult transitions

We’re looking for someone who is both technically strong and people-focused.
Required Qualifications
✔ 5+ years of family law paralegal experience✔ Experience with Washington State motion practice✔ Knowledge of King, Snohomish, and Pierce County court rules✔ Prior experience working in a billable-hour environment✔ Strong proficiency with:
• Clio
• Microsoft 365
• Outlook
• Adobe Acrobat
• Dropbox
• Apple-based systems
Preferred Strengths
✔ Outstanding communication and client service skills✔ High emotional intelligence and professionalism✔ Exceptional attention to detail and organization✔ Ability to prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment✔ Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
