District Performance Coordinator

In this dynamic role, you will oversee pharmacist scheduling and payroll, manage vaccination clinic booking, handle administrative tasks, and analyze reporting to identify opportunities for improvement. You will also serve as a "change champion" for the region, collaborating with our Customer Support Center (CSC) partners to track progress on pilot programs and new initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain pharmacist schedules for stores in the district, ensuring adequate coverage and compliance with regulatory requirements
Manage vaccination clinic booking, including scheduling and rescheduling appointments as needed
Provide administrative support, including expense submission, supply ordering, and HR ticket entries
Analyze store- and region-level pharmacy reporting to identify opportunities for improvement and provide insights to the Pharmacy District Leader and District Support Pharmacist Leader
Collaborate with the CSC to track progress on pilot programs and new initiatives, providing feedback and support to ensure successful implementation
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a retail or professional setting, with a strong understanding of pharmacy operations
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
Pharmacy Technician licensure/certification required within 90 days of hire
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
