Senior Enterprise Account Manager/Director (Flex Location)
About the position
This Amazon Senior EAM Manager/Director role is responsible for ~$1B in UPS revenue, including some of our most profitable, highly scrutinized segments such as Inbound and International related volumes. This position reports to a VP of Sales who reports to the President of Training and Critical Accounts. This is an individual contributor role at a Senior Manager level.
Responsibilities
β’ Responsible for growth and revenue quality across multiple business units which are planned for close to $1B in annual revenue.
β’ Leads cross functional business teams, including Legal, Customer Solutions, IT, Marketing and Revenue Management with focus on risk aversion and new revenue quality.
β’ Articulates business opportunities, progression, and results to UPS President level within sales and with VPs
β’ Maintains contract compliance, which includes volume, revenue, data compliance and package mix to meet Total Shareowner Return (TSR) objectives.
β’ Contributes to weekly profit plan presentations for ELT (Monday mornings).
Requirements
β’ Ten (10) or more years of Supply Chain and Sales experience
β’ Salesperson must be able to exceptionally manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines that can impact UPS earnings in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
β’ Must have or build an extensive knowledge of Inbound and Outbound Supply Chain as well as International
β’ Willing and able to travel at least 2X / month
β’ Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

β’ Proficiency with contract language interpretation, legal limits and anti-trust
β’ Advanced Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
β’ Experienced in solving problems and able to demonstrate a creative mindset
