Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives
Job Description: • Develop and direct strategic business initiatives within product offerings • Management, development, and enhancement of products • Integration of adaptive technologies • Support of sales and clients • Develop and lead long term product development and enhancement initiatives • Ensure subject matter expertise is infused into all products • Identify and support the integration of duplicative products/interventions • Ensure consistent and seamless integration of adaptive technology and expert team-based services • Provide support in the financial analysis of product performance Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience • 7+ years of product development/management or related experience • Experience with product planning, development, execution, and product financials. • Experience across different market segments and product types.
