Senior Director, HR Shared Services

The Senior Director, HR Shared Services will be a key member of Veralto’s HR Services team, which is responsible for the design and delivery of innovative solutions that deliver the best associate experience and enable our HR teams and associates to focus on the highest-value work through operational excellence, technology and analytics.

Scope of Role:
The Senior Director, HR Shared Services is an exciting role as the team builder and lead strategist in an emerging enterprise function focused on delivering a scalable, high‑quality global HR service delivery model that enables enterprise standardization, operational excellence, and a differentiated employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Set and execute the global HR Shared Services strategy and multi‑year roadmap, tightly aligned to the enterprise strategy, operating model and culture, with clear outcomes focused on exceptional employee experiences, execution excellence and scalability

Lead a globally distributed Shared Services organization encompassing Tier 1–3 service delivery, change and training, HR technology enablement and people data management to ensure accurate, timely and consistent resolution of employee and HR requests

Partner with Process Excellence (GPOs) to design and govern end‑to‑end hire‑to‑retire processes, translating them into a standardized HR Shared Services catalog, harmonized processes and policies and clear standard work that enables consistency, compliance and regional scalability across the enterprise

Drive continuous improvement and simplification, leveraging employee feedback, service analytics, automation and process optimization to improve experience, reduce friction, and deliver measurable cost and productivity benefits

Own operational excellence through disciplined performance management, establishing service center KPIs, SLAs, and experience metrics and leading rigorous review, transparency and gap‑closure routines

Manage and optimize vendor and partner relationships, holding external providers and internal partners accountable to performance, compliance and cost commitments, while continuously evaluating sourcing and delivery models

Serve as a visible change leader, ensuring strong change management, user‑centric adoption, and transparent communications across impacted stakeholder groups during process, technology, and service model changes

Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing global Shared Services team, fostering accountability, capability growth, engagement, and a culture of ownership, continuous improvement and customer focus

Skills:
Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) in HR, Business, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development or related field.

Minimum of 10 years progressive HR experience; minimum five years as a people manager and experience leading an HR Shared Services organization in a multi-national, matrixed environment.

Experience implementing/sustaining an HR knowledgebase and case management solution.

Associate-centric with strong stakeholder management skills

Strategic and analytical, capable of making data-driven decisions and recommendations

Continuous improvement-oriented

Travel: 20%
