As the Senior Director, Global Head - Adversarial Abuse and Analytics, you will lead the teams responsible for identifying and mitigating abuse, as well as analyzing data to inform policy and product development. Key Responsibilities Lead the Adversarial Abuse team in detecting and removing abusive content, including account takeovers, spam, and other malicious activities. Oversee the Business Analytics team in generating insights, measuring abuse trends, and producing transparency reports for global stakeholders. Anticipate and mitigate risks associated with emerging trends and technologies, such as generative AI. Collaborate with the Policy Development team to craft policies that effectively address harmful behaviors on the platform. Ensure efficient operational execution across a global, 24/7 team, focusing on quality and service levels. Develop and manage high-performing teams, fostering talent growth and retention. Manage escalations and implement data-driven solutions, building relationships with key cross-functional partners to launch new products and policies. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics). At least 4 years of experience in a related field or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in risk management, fraud fighting, or building and delivering analytical insights. 2 years of experience working with engineering teams on data infrastructure and ML models. 2 years of experience leading teams with the ability to work non-standard hours as needed. Preferred Qualifications Postgraduate education in a connected field (e.g., research, engineering, data science). 2 years of experience in analyzing large datasets and anomaly detection. Experience or demonstrated interest in anti-abuse activities. Proficiency in SQL/R/Matlab or other relevant analytical tools. Exceptional influencing and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional partners. Strong business judgment, strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to drive strategy and business action through data insights.
