The Role
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our growing fast-paced engineering team. You’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure. You’ll work closely with developers, QA, and other stakeholders to streamline CI/CD processes, improve system reliability, and lead infrastructure automation.

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
Monitor and troubleshoot system reliability, performance, and security
Set up and manage container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, ECS, etc.)
Ensure high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery planning
Implement security best practices across environments
Mentor junior team members and lead DevOps initiatives
Collaborate with development and QA teams to optimise workflows and deployment cycles
Work closely with the support team to help on any technical issues
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering role
Strong experience with cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Proficiency with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
Experience with Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
Solid understanding of CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD
Hands-on experience with Linux-based systems
Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go)
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.)
Knowledge of networking, DNS, CDN, firewalls, load balancers
Understanding of security, compliance, and governance in cloud environments
Nice to Have
Certifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA/CKAD, etc.
Experience with serverless architectures
Exposure to GitOps principles and tools like Flux or ArgoCD
Experience in fast-paced startup or product environments
