Job Description Work just 15 days a month — and make every shift count! Join our team on a non-rotating 2-2-3 schedule that gives you stability, balance, and plenty of days off to recharge. In this hands-on role, you’ll keep our operations running smoothly by supplying materials to production lines, reviewing order reports, and keeping work areas organized and ready for success. Are you up for the challenge? Minimum 3-years of experience in storage processes, support to production areas. Minimum 3-years forklift experience skills, with the ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently. Forklift Certification. Use a warehouse management system. Ability to simultaneously balance multiple processes to support overall system efficiency. Must be willing and able to work 12 hour shift on a 2-2-3 shift pattern schedule. Salary $22.25 per hour Potential start date Jan 2026. Equipment Stand up Reach Truck. Stand up Forklift. Stand up Rider pallet jack.
