Location: Remote - Preferred: Austin, Texas | Texas | Colorado | New Mexico | Arizona
Travel: Required up to 50%
Your Opportunity:
Join an ambitious and growing team at the forefront of the company’s US market entry. You’ll be responsible for originating and developing utility-scale solar and storage projects across key US markets - from site identification through to ready-to-build. This is a broad and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and wants to help build something from the ground up. With flexibility, autonomy, and long-term leadership opportunities, this is a chance to play a key role in a high-growth journey.Key Responsibilities:

Lead all phases of utility-scale solar and storage project development
Identify and assess new sites, conduct early-stage market analysis and due diligence
Secure land agreements including lease and easement negotiations with landowners
Support the interconnection process and coordinate key applications
Navigate local, state, and federal permitting processes
Manage project budgets, schedules, and development risks
Oversee external consultants and collaborate with internal technical and commercial teams
Engage with landowners, local officials, and community stakeholders to build strong relationships
What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, environmental science, or a related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in US renewable energy development, with strong focus on solar
Proven ability to lead development activities from greenfield through to NTP
Excellent project management and negotiation skills
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement experience
Proficient with GIS tools and the Microsoft Office Suite
Comfortable working in a flexible, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
