Immediate need for a talented Senior Data Engineer. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Columbus, OH (Remote). Key Requirements and Technology Experience: • Skills-AWS (S3, EC2), Ray, Dask. • Pytorch • Parallel computing tool e.g. ray, dask, prefect or multiprocessing package • CI/CD automation, e.g. Jenkins or ADO • Terraform • Docker • Experience working with Python and AWS (S3, EC2), Unix/Shell scripting. • Experience with a variety of relational and non-relational databases and data sources • Experience with a parallel computing tool (e.g. Ray, Prefect or multiprocessing package) • Knowledge of at least one good tool for effective and performant tabular data manipulation (e.g. Pandas, Dask, Spark, or SQL) • Familiarity with data pipeline orchestration frameworks and related tools a plus (e.g. Snowflake and/or Tecton) • Agile methodology Our client is a leading Insurance Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
