**Main Responsibilities**
As a Work-From-Home Customer Product Support Specialist, your main duties will include:
* **Properly Document In-Home Usage Tests**: Follow instructions to document your experiences with the product, including screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and product journal entries.
* **Take Care of the Product**: Use the product responsibly and follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each project.
* **Read and Follow Instructions**: Carefully read and follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of the product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, and more.
* **Participate in Private Chat Rooms**: Engage in private chat rooms with market research firms to discuss the product being tested.
* **Write Reviews**: Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project.
**Requirements**
