Senior Data Analyst, Product Analytics (12 months)

Job overviewThe product analytics team is responsible for developing our portfolio of reports and data insights that support product development teams seeking to improve the health of our members. Using data spanning app engagement, clinical outcomes, behavioral health indicators, and claims, you will partner our product and engineering teams to identify and solve the biggest challenges across Omada’s 1.5k customers and 600k members.The key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Own the data architecture and data mapping required to support the growing product reporting needsDeliver key performance insights through regular and ad-hoc analysis to drive further investment and evolution of Omada programs Develop and support well-designed Amplitude and Tableau dashboards (or similar BI tools)Work closely with various data teams to improve data quality and standardize reportingDefine operational processes and support system enhancements that drive analytics and reporting support at scale Collaborate across multiple teams including analytics, data science, data engineering and architecture, clinical, and productExplore and integrate applications of AI into product analytics use cases About you:The ideal candidate should have the following Qualifications, Experience, and Education:At least 2+ years of deep expertise in product or mobile analytics, including user behavior analysis, ideally 7+ years of experienceExpert SQL skills with strong experience in designing and developing Experience with A/B testing and statistical measurementAbility to analyze various data sets, and develop succinct key metricsStrong relational database design/development skillsExcellent problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skillsTrack record of working on multiple projects under aggressive deadlinesBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MathematicsSkills: Data Analysis and Visualization, Amplitude, Tableau, SQL, ETL, Databases, Data model and Excel.Your impact:Your work will identify new ways we can drive engagement and clinical outcomes for our members, supporting new products and features and demonstrating the value of existing development.
