Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership & Insight Generation

Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and advertising teams to understand new and existing ad product offerings, and recommend the most relevant metrics and experimental designs.
Act as a “trusted advisor” to senior leadership, delivering clear, concise recommendations that influence business priorities and resource allocation.
Develop and maintain a suite of executive‑level dashboards and reports that surface critical KPIs such as CAC, LTV, churn, activation funnels, and retention curves.


Data Extraction, Analysis & Modeling

Write efficient, production‑grade SQL queries against Snowflake to extract, cleanse, and transform large, multi‑dimensional datasets.
Design and execute rigorous A/B tests, geo‑tests, and other experimental frameworks; monitor performance, conduct statistical analysis, and communicate findings.
Apply advanced analytical methods—including regression, decision trees, forecasting, and probabilistic modeling—to uncover hidden patterns and predict future trends.


Visualization & Communication

Create interactive Tableau dashboards that empower cross‑functional teams to explore data independently and make data‑informed decisions in real time.
Produce compelling written artifacts—decks, memos, and briefings—for Director‑level and above audiences, distilling complex analyses into digestible narratives.
Lead regular stand‑up presentations, workshops, and ad‑hoc deep‑dive sessions to share insights, answer questions, and drive consensus.


Experimentation Roadmap Execution

Partner with product and engineering to implement experiment infrastructure, ensuring proper instrumentation and data capture.
Track experiment health, detect anomalies, and iterate on test designs to maximize learning velocity.
Translate experiment outcomes into concrete product or marketing recommendations, and follow through on implementation impact.


Essential Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or Business Analytics. A Master’s degree in Business Analytics or a related field is highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 + years of hands‑on business or product analytics experience, preferably within a fast‑growing technology company handling large, complex datasets.
Technical Skills: Expert‑level proficiency in SQL (Snowflake), advanced Tableau dashboard development, and a solid grasp of data modeling principles.
Analytical Toolkit: Demonstrated experience with experimentation platforms (A/B testing, geo‑tests), basic statistics (hypothesis testing, confidence intervals), and familiarity with regression, decision trees, and time‑series forecasting.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and senior executives.


Preferred Qualifications & Nice‑to‑Have Skills

Hands‑on experience with mobile measurement partners (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer) and CRM platforms such as Braze.
Proficiency in product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel) and web analytics (Google Analytics).
Deep understanding of customer growth metrics—CAC, LTV, churn, activation funnels, and retention modeling.
Experience building “trusted advisor” relationships with senior leadership and influencing change across matrixed organizations.
Comfort with programming languages such as Python or R for statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, admit mistakes, iterate, and turn setbacks into learning opportunities.
