Senior Cybersecurity Manager

With your expert knowledge and strategic mindset, you will drive the development and implementation of comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures. Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures to protect the organization from cyber threats. Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure effective execution of security programs. Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security gaps and develop mitigation plans. Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies to continuously improve the organization's cybersecurity posture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations. Manage and maintain security tools and systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data encryption methods. Oversee incident response and disaster recovery plans and ensure they are regularly tested and updated. Conduct regular security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Communicate with executive leadership and other stakeholders about cybersecurity risks, threats, and mitigation strategies. Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices. Monitor and analyze security logs and reports to identify and respond to potential security incidents. Manage relationships with external security vendors and contractors. Develop and manage the cybersecurity budget. Act as a subject matter expert and represent the organization in cybersecurity conferences and events.
