We partner with visionary companies, ranging from fast-growing startups to tech leaders like Google and Stripe, to turn bold ideas into products with the power to transform the world.Our HQ is in San Francisco, but this position can be remote from anywhere in North America.About the roleAs the Senior Content Strategist at Fluxon, you’ll lead our efforts to drive brand visibility and awareness, to position Fluxon as a leader in the industry. You’ll be an early member of our Growth team, which encompasses aspects of brand, marketing, and sales. In partnership with our Brand Growth Manager and Brand Designer, you’ll be responsible for building and executing on Fluxon’s content strategy by:Evaluating and optimizing content distribution channels while experimenting with new formats and platforms to expand reach and uncover growth opportunitiesMaintaining and evolvingbrand voice, tone and messaging ensuring consistency across all content touchpointsCreating and managing a content calendar across all channels to ensure consistent, strategic communication with our target audienceLeading content development efforts by partnering with internal stakeholders, thought leaders, and subject matter experts to both create and source impactful contentAnalyzing content performance using key metrics to uncover insights and drive continuous optimization across channelsQualificationsWe’d love to hear from you if you have:5+ years of experience in content strategy or a related field in tech or developmentA proven track record of developing compelling narratives across diverse channels and formats, including blogs, white papers, social media posts, infographics, video and audioStrong project management skills, with the ability to work autonomously, and handle multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders simultaneouslyExperience analyzing content performance metrics and making data-driven decisionsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsNice to haveWhile it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:In-depth knowledge of AI and software development technologiesExperience using AI tools to accelerate concept and content generationExperience in briefing and working with PR firmsAbility to produce/create/edit simple video contentProficiency with content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practicesWhat we offerOur salary range for this role is CAD $84,000-$100,000, and we consider your skills and experience and what similar roles pay at companies similar to us when determining your offer.Remote-first cultureFlexible time off policyComprehensive health insurance coverageProfit sharing programPaid parental leaveAnnual education and fitness allowancesOriginally posted on Himalayas
