Senior Consultant, OCM – Organizational Change Management
Job Description:
• Working with our Scientific Services & Advisory team
• Client facing, planning, leading and implementing specified projects
• Representing Red Nucleus in addressing client needs
• Collaborating on project planning and management
• Conducting business requirements research, interviews, and workshops
• Optimizing processes
• Developing and deploying training in varying formats
• Creating business plans and strategic plans
• Designing and implementing solutions
• Ensuring quality and compliance through change management and user acceptance testing
• Managing internal responsibilities such as budget and SOW management
Requirements:
• At least 5+ years of experience in the life sciences industry
• Solid understanding of drug development lifecycle and supporting process activities
• High attention to detail
• Self-starter and driven
• Ability to multi-task with superior organization skills
• Ability to lead and take accountability for driving timelines and project deliverables
• Dependable and flexible
• Excellent organizational and communication skills essential to working with global and interdisciplinary teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
• Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement)
