Senior Consultant- International Dossier (WASH, Public Health, Technical Editing, Report Design)

We already have a GIS specialist and a financial modeler working on the maps and the financial architecture. Now we need a Senior Consultant who can finalize and professionally assemble the entire project dossier for international submission. This role includes: 1. Document Structuring & Report Design Organize and format the full PISU dossier (Word or InDesign) Integrate maps, financial tables, diagrams and text Create a clean, modern, professional layout Ensure visual consistency across all sections Prepare the final PDF for donor submission 2. English Editing & Technical Review Proofread and refine institutional English Improve clarity, flow and structure Ensure consistency in terminology Strengthen the narrative without changing the meaning 3. Public Health & WASH Technical Validation (Basic) Review and validate sections related to sanitation, vector control and public health Ensure alignment with international standards (WHO, UN-Habitat, WASH frameworks) 4. Drone Operations Validation (Basic) Review the operational description Ensure coherence between drone use, GIS mapping and field operations (Advanced engineering is NOT required — only conceptual validation.) 5. Pitch Deck Development Create a 20–30 slide presentation for donors, government and partners Integrate visuals, maps, key numbers and impact statements Deliverables Fully formatted PISU International Dossier (Word or InDesign + PDF) Executive Summary (10–15 pages) Pitch Deck (PowerPoint or Google Slides) Clean, edited English across all documents Visual diagrams (operational flow, phases, expansion model) Integration of GIS maps and financial outputs Ideal Candidate Experience designing donor-ready reports (UN, World Bank, NGOs, development projects) Strong English editing and technical writing skills Understanding of WASH, public health or development programs Ability to work with complex, multi-section documents Strong visual design and document layout skills Reliable, organized and detail-oriented Tools You Should Be Comfortable With Microsoft Word (advanced formatting) PowerPoint (professional slides) Adobe InDesign (optional but preferred) Ability to integrate maps and financial tables Project Duration 1–3 months, with iterative work as maps and financial models are delivered.
