Senior Consultant, Enterprise Linux/Automation/Satellite/IdM

Serve as a key member of our consulting team, providing expert guidance and support to clients on implementing and optimizing our open source solutions. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions to meet their goals. Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' current systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for implementing our solutions. Lead project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. Act as a subject matter expert on enterprise Linux, automation, Satellite, and IdM, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices. Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for clients, resolving any issues that may arise during implementation or use of our solutions. Train and mentor junior consultants and team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge to help grow the team's capabilities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and continuously seeking opportunities for further engagement. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and marketing, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and strategy. Represent Red Hat at industry events, conferences, and seminars, showcasing our solutions and thought leadership. Stay organized and maintain accurate documentation and reports for all client interactions and project work. Continuously strive to improve and innovate our solutions and processes, proactively identifying areas for enhancement and making recommendations for improvement.
