Senior Consultant, Enterprise Integration

Lead enterprise integration projects for clients using Red Hat's open source solutions.
Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized integration solutions.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients throughout the integration process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integration solutions.
Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any integration issues.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in enterprise integration to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
Mentor and train junior team members on integration best practices and technologies.
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
Ensure project deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
Continuously evaluate and improve integration processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Participate in pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and support to the sales team.
Represent Red Hat as a subject matter expert at conferences, events, and customer meetings.
Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights on product enhancements and new features.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and confidentiality guidelines.
