Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director, Microsoft Cloud & Modern Work, the Senior Consultant - AI is an expert in Artificial Intelligence technologies, with extensive knowledge and experience. The Senior Consultant – AI is to design, deliver, and support advanced Artificial Intelligence solutions that help clients accelerate innovation, enhance productivity, and realize measurable business outcomes. They are accountable for leading hands on solution development, providing expert guidance to clients, and contributing to the growth of the AI portfolio within the organization. The Senior Consultant – AI will achieve this by applying deep expertise across AI, machine learning, data platforms, and Microsoft Cloud services, selecting the appropriate mix of code‑based and low‑/no‑code solutions to deliver scalable, high‑caliber outcomes. This role will work closely with clients, architects, and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes and alignment with the company’s priorities. The Senior Consultant – AI may also be required to participate in the service design process for AI based offerings, support pre sales activities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and best practices.
