Lead the design and implementation/delivery of AI solutions, AI Training, Adoption, or Assessments, ensuring alignment with customer objectives, adhering to IT Weapons and Industry best practices with a strong focus on generating measurable business value and positive ROI from all AI initiativesConsult on and build custom AI agents using both Microsoft and industry technologiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, to execute comprehensive solutions.Be an ambassador of IT Weapons message and culture to colleagues and customersFoster and maintain positive relationships with other teams in the organizationProfessionally document all work performed and submit accurate timesheets dailyConstant focus on improving IT Weapons Design and Build standardsCollaborate with customers to understand business processes to uncover opportunities for automation or improvementsMaintain an agile mindset with a constant focus on delivering the right solution for the customerAssist with providing project scope and designing solutionsAssist the Solutions Architecture team with developing Statements of Work and proposals including solution overview, consulting estimates, software/license requirementsAct as a senior technical resource and escalation point for members of the Consulting teamsAssist in identifying new revenue opportunities through AI-driven solutionsEnsure the application of responsible AI practices, including strong data‑privacy protections, bias identification and mitigation, and ethical AI use, while adhering to established AI governance frameworks and security standards to safeguard customer data, maintain compliance, and support trustworthy AI deploymentParticipate in the initiation and execution of research & development (R&D) initiativesMaintain relevant certifications and contribute to internal knowledge sharingStay up‑to‑date on the Microsoft AI roadmap and ecosystem, while maintaining a broad understanding of industry AI trends and alternative technologies to ensure well‑informed solution recommendations and to drive continuous innovation within the practiceConduct usage and adoption analytics, prompt tuning, and feedback loops to improve AI agent performanceCollaborate with internal teams to develop AI-based managed servicesDevelop reusable assets, templates, and best practices for AI Solution engagements

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director, Microsoft Cloud & Modern Work, the Senior Consultant - AI is an expert in Artificial Intelligence technologies, with extensive knowledge and experience. The Senior Consultant – AI is to design, deliver, and support advanced Artificial Intelligence solutions that help clients accelerate innovation, enhance productivity, and realize measurable business outcomes. They are accountable for leading hands on solution development, providing expert guidance to clients, and contributing to the growth of the AI portfolio within the organization. The Senior Consultant – AI will achieve this by applying deep expertise across AI, machine learning, data platforms, and Microsoft Cloud services, selecting the appropriate mix of code‑based and low‑/no‑code solutions to deliver scalable, high‑caliber outcomes. This role will work closely with clients, architects, and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes and alignment with the company’s priorities. The Senior Consultant – AI may also be required to participate in the service design process for AI based offerings, support pre sales activities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and best practices. The Senior Consultant – AI will be responsible delivering a variety of customer‑facing presentations, including interactive workshops, product demonstrations, webinars, and live events, to showcase the value of AI solutions and drive meaningful business outcomes OTHER SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS AND CERTIFICATIONSRelevant technical certifications highly desirable:Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator ExpertMicrosoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect ExpertMicrosoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity FundamentalsOpenAI or Microsoft Copilot-related training/certificationsStrong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with the MSP service delivery models and managed services packaging

Qualifications:
University Degree and/or related Technical Diplomas are encouraged10+ Years experience executing technical implementations7+ Years experience leading technical implementations Proven assessment, design, planning documentation, and implementation experience7+ Years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, including Power Platform, Teams, Microsoft Graph and Azure OpenAI.Expert-level experience deploying AI and Business Process Automation solutions in customer environments and a strong understanding of deployment options with the Microsoft solution portfolioExperience with N8N and Zapier experience are considered a strong plusProven experience delivering solutions in mid-market and enterprise customers Large, complex project management experience Proven dedication to enabling quality through continuous improvementExtensive experience delivering customer-facing training and enablementStrong understanding of Microsoft security, compliance, and identity solutions and how they impact Copilot and AI integrationsExperience with data governance, information architecture, and optimizing data access for AI workloadsFamiliarity with prompt engineering, conversational design, or Copilot Studio is a strong plus.Discipline to work remotelyAbility to travel when required
