A premier real estate investment and management firm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Commercial Property Manager to oversee a significant portfolio of properties in Charlotte, North Carolina, US . This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal performance, tenant satisfaction, and long-term value of our commercial assets. The Senior Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for all aspects of property operations, including leasing, tenant relations, financial management, maintenance, and capital improvements. You will develop and implement strategic plans for property operations, conduct regular property inspections, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and lease agreements. A key part of this role involves managing relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors, negotiating service contracts, and overseeing budget preparation and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of commercial real estate markets, property finance, and tenant relations management. Proven experience in managing Class A office buildings, retail centers, or industrial properties is essential. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant industry certifications (e.g., CPM, CCIM).
