Senior Cloud Security Engineer(remote)

Develop and implement cloud security policies, procedures, and processes to protect Humana's cloud infrastructure and sensitive data. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security controls for new cloud services and technologies. Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to identify and respond to potential security threats. Stay up-to-date on emerging cloud security threats and industry trends, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Lead incident response and remediation efforts in the event of a security breach or incident. Work closely with cloud service providers to ensure their services meet Humana's security requirements. Train and educate team members on cloud security best practices and procedures. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with external security partners and vendors to enhance Humana's cloud security posture. Act as a subject matter expert on cloud security, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization. Continuously evaluate and improve Humana's cloud security posture, ensuring it aligns with industry standards and best practices. Participate in on-call rotations and respond to security incidents in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on security risks and mitigation strategies.
