About Toniiq Toniiq is a fast-growing, science-driven supplements brand selling primarily on Amazon. We manage a large and fast-moving catalog, relying heavily on data to understand performance, identify trends, and guide decisions. We are rebuilding this role to attract candidates with real Amazon brand experience—ideally from aggregators or Amazon-focused agencies—who have supported brands generating $5M–$15M+ in annual Amazon revenue. This role is not for engineers, developers, or junior VAs. We need an analyst who has done real FBA reporting for real private-label brands. Role Overview The Amazon FBA Performance Analyst will own weekly reporting, SKU-level performance tracking, launch monitoring, and business insights across our Amazon catalog. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting private-label FBA brands, managing large data sets, building KPI dashboards, and working across catalogs of 50–200+ SKUs. Your role is to surface what’s working, what’s not, and highlight unusual patterns—so leadership does not have to dig through Seller Central. Key Responsibilities • Maintain and update weekly Amazon KPI dashboards (sales, units, TACoS/ACOS, CPC, sessions, CVR, keyword ranking) • Build launch scorecards (Day 1/3/7/14/30) for new product releases • Analyze SKU-level performance, profitability snapshots, and traffic trends • Identify issues early (sudden drops, ranking changes, conversion problems) • Prepare concise weekly summaries that communicate insights—not just raw data • Pull data from Seller Central, Brand Analytics, Amazon Ads, and other sources • Support reporting for major events (Prime Day, Black Friday, deals, coupons) • Maintain accurate tracking sheets across 50–200+ SKUs Must-Have Experience To be considered, you must have: 3–4+ years as an Amazon FBA Analyst (Not a VA, not a developer, not a data engineer.) Experience supporting brands with: • $5M–$15M+ annual Amazon revenue (single brand or combined across accounts) Background from at least one of the following: • Amazon Aggregator (Thrasio, Perch, Heyday, Boosted Commerce, Elevate Brands, SellerX, Razor, etc.) • Amazon-focused agency supporting private-label brands Proven reporting capabilities: • Weekly KPI dashboards • SKU-level tracking • Launch analytics • Keyword ranking reporting • Basic ads metrics (TACoS / ACOS) Ability to manage: • 50–200+ active SKUs • High-volume data sets • Recurring weekly and monthly reporting workflows Technical Skills: • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (lookups, pivots, filters, logic formulas, charts) • Clear written communication • Strong attention to detail Hours & Compensation • 10–20 hours per week (Part-time) • $600–$800/month • Up to $1,000/month for exceptional aggregator/agency candidates • Fully remote • Some overlap with US Eastern Time for updates/check-ins Apply tot his job
