Senior Client Engagement Manager
Senior Client Engagement Managers play a critical role in driving new business, expanding strategic client relationships, and shaping engagement strategies that support long-term growth.
Requirements
⢠Partner with Business Development to drive new client relationships and expand existing partnerships.
⢠Develop and execute overall prospect and client engagement strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
⢠Report on sales and performance metrics and recommend improvements.
⢠Support new business development activities from RFP response to account closure, including CDA and MSA processes.
⢠Research and identify methods to improve customer engagement.
⢠Ensure compliance with sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures.
⢠Collaborate with Business Development and Division leaders to ensure consistent messaging across inbound and outbound campaigns.
⢠Generate qualified prospects through diligent lead follow-up, mining, and nurturing activities.
⢠Expand outreach and strengthen relationships with key client executives.
⢠Conduct tactical research on organizations and contacts using internal and external data resources to increase new contacts and sales opportunities.
