Senior Business Development Specialist
Support growth of MICE services by developing commercial opportunities, supporting client and vendor engagement, and contributing to execution of tailored event solutions to increase bookings, revenue, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities • Identify and support development of MICE opportunities across targeted industries and client segments • Support preparation of commercial proposals, presentations, and event concepts aligned with client objectives • Engage with clients and event partners to support opportunity qualification and solution development • Support negotiation and contracting activities to achieve approved commercial outcomes • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to support event planning and execution readiness • Monitor client feedback, performance metrics, and market trends to support opportunity refinement • Maintain accurate records of opportunities, proposals, and partner interactions • Ensure adherence to approved commercial governance, service standards, and documentation requirements Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related discipline • This role typically requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in MICE, events coordination, or business development support roles • Demonstrated experience supporting corporate events or MICE-related commercial activities • Good understanding of event structuring, vendor coordination, and client engagement • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills Company ALTANFEETHI office was founded in 1979 for official ceremonies and the reception of the Kingdom's delegations.
