What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with the RCS Analytics Operations team to support analytics-related activities
Manage intake/triage, artifact management, and resource onboarding for analytics projects
Oversee data governance and evangelism initiatives, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Create, manage, and validate large data sets for internal stakeholders
Serve in a cross-functional capacity on various projects and initiatives
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, Health Informatics, Public Health, or related field
2-3 years of experience in Revenue Cycle
5 years of strong SQL programming skills with experience in platforms like Snowflake or SQL Server
5 years of progressive experience as a data analyst, report analyst, or business analyst
3 years of proven experience in managing and validating large data sets
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master's Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Health Informatics
Experience with EPIC software and reporting data
Proficiency in report writing using Tableau or Power BI
