As an Insurance Associate on the Client Advisory team, you will provide critical support in client meetings, assist in the review process, and handle various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Client Advisory teams to provide critical support in the preparation for prospect and client meetingsAssist in the client review process by ordering designated summaries ahead of the review target date and supporting the team in the preparation of stewardship reviewsWork on updating summaries, creating spreadsheets and other documents as requested, binding materials, obtaining quotes, and remarketing when applicableAssist in the new business process by establishing Applied (a system we use) files, creating binders, identification cards, cancellation forms, and coordinating the delivery of new business policiesQuote coverage via carrier websites, locate carrier-specific information, and obtain policy declarationsSupport Client Advisor Managers and Client Advisors by scheduling client, carrier, and guest visits, including managing security clearances, reserving meeting spaces, and providing proper greetingsProcess endorsements, handle mortgage/lienholder inquiries, respond to client identification requests, and address billing inquiriesSkillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite be able to navigate through multiple systems without assistanceExcellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyDetail oriented to ensure accuracyPossess self-discipline, self-motivation, and ability to meet assigned objectivesHolds appropriate P&C license or ability to obtain within 6 months of hireCollege degree and/or prior insurance experiencePrevious experience servicing High Net Worth ClienteleProficiency in the daily use of carrier websites for the purposes of quoting, locating carrier specific information and obtaining policy declarations as neededBenefitsGenerous time off, including personal and volunteeringTuition reimbursement and professional development opportunitiesHybrid workCharitable contribution match programsStock purchase opportunitiesHealth and welfare benefitsTuition assistance401K savings and other retirement programsEmployee assistance programsCompany OverviewMarsh McLennan is an insurance company that provides business insurance, employee benefits, and private client insurance solutions.
