MLL-226) Our client is seeking a Senior Business Architect to develop roadmap to improve IT asset lifecycle, control and governance (Primarily remote, some travel may be required to Winnipeg) Must Haves: • Completion of a recognized degree or diploma program in the field of computer science, business administration or information systems or equivalent combination of experience, education and certification • 10+ years Information Technology related experience. • 5+ years domain experience in business analysis, systems analysis, and process analysis. Nice to Haves: • Experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products • Industry credentials in Business Analysis and/or Architecture Frameworks • Project Management • Experience in, or knowledge of, gaming, retail or distribution industries Tasks: IT (Physical) Asset Management Playbook • Develop a clear roadmap to improve IT asset lifecycle control and governance • Actionable recommendations supported by process maps, templated and governance models • Identify risks and gaps and recommendation to address such risks and gaps Identify Role and Responsibility Assignments • Identify governance and accountability structures supporting physical IT asset management • Roles and responsibilities across IT, Vendor Management Office, Procurement and Finance • Use of tools and systems for inventory tracking, reconciliation and reporting Perform Sponsor-level Reporting • Participate in scheduled status update meetings to report progress, updates, and any obstacles to the Initiative Sponsor for this work Perform Executive-level Summary and Reporting • Prepare a high-level summary for presentation to Executive Committee members • Enable Executive visibility into solution ownership, accountability gaps, and risk areas Additional Requirements: • Must have Windows laptop with standard Windows applications • Laptop must be configured for Microsoft Teams meetings and capable of connecting to Microsoft 365 environment and applications such as Teams, Sharepoint, and OneDrive. • Must possess own communication device. • Must have licenses for all software products required to perform the above responsibilities Eg: Visio, MS Project, etc. Apply tot his job
