They are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the FinOps team, responsible for managing platforms, data products, and operational workflows that enhance cloud cost visibility and financial accountability across the organization.ResponsibilitiesLead the FinOps Engineering Team: Manage and develop a hybrid team of engineers and analysts. Coach team members and identify opportunities to implement AI-driven efficiencies in day-to-day engineering and analytical workflowsOwn FinOps Platforms & Tooling: Lead the roadmap for internal systems supporting cloud visibility and chargeback. Transition manual reporting into AI-augmented oversight systems that proactively flag cost anomalies and optimization opportunitiesDrive Architectural Modernization: Modernize fragile processes into durable platforms. Leverage LLMs and natural language interfaces to make complex cloud billing data accessible and actionable for non-technical stakeholdersSupport Cloud Financial Strategy: Partner with Finance/FP&A to ensure accurate data delivery.
