Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Strategy & Operating Model Consultant / Lead Business Analyst to help evaluate and improve organizational ways of working.
In this role, you will analyze current operating models, identify inefficiencies, and implement improved governance and operating rhythms that enable better collaboration, decision-making, and execution across teams.
You will work closely with leadership to conduct discovery sessions, define strategic recommendations, and facilitate workshops that drive operational improvements and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery sessions to analyze current operating models and workflows
- Identify operational gaps across people, process, and governance
- Design improved operating rhythms and decision frameworks
- Facilitate workshops and cross-functional strategy sessions
- Deliver executive-ready presentations, frameworks, and recommendations
Required Experience
- 5–10+ years in management consulting, strategy, or operating model design
- Experience diagnosing organizational processes and operational challenges
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and executive communication skills
- Experience building strategic frameworks and leadership presentations
