**Key Responsibilities**

As a Remote Telechat Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our remote telechat platform. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Acting as the primary point of contact for clients using our remote telechat platform
* Responding to inquiries and providing technical support and solutions to clients via chat or phone
* Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to the appropriate teams when necessary
* Documenting and tracking all customer interactions and resolutions accurately
* Proactively identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to management
* Following up with clients to ensure issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
* Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments in order to provide knowledgeable support to clients

**Qualifications**

To succeed as a Remote Telechat Specialist at careerzynith, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in information technology or related field is preferred
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role
