We enable your best to power our future.Job Description:The Benefits Analyst II plays a crucial part in delivering best-in-class benefits offerings specifically in Retirement and Pension Administration, that suit the needs of our people and meet them wherever they are in their health & well-being journey. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager, Global Benefits.  Desired location within 30 miles of NYC.ResponsibilitiesSupport the administration of company health and welfare plans including medical, dental, vision, life/disability, health savings and spending accounts, educational reimbursement and 401K/retirement plansEnsure all benefit programs (health, dental, vision, retirement, etc.) comply with federal and state regulations (e.g., ERISA, COBRA, FMLA) including support of annual nondiscrimination and compliance testingAdminister 401(k) and pension plans in compliance with plan documents and federal/state lawsReconcile plan assets and contributions; support plan audits, addressing findings and resolving discrepanciesPartner with vendors, auditors, and internal teams to ensure accurate reporting, audits, valuations, and special projectsProvide exceptional support to employees regarding benefit & retirement program inquiries, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered promptlyConduct research and provide recommendations regarding escalated benefits & retirement matters involving internal and external partnersAssist in preparation of reports related to benefit plans, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsAssist in tracking benefit costs, preparing benefit cost analysis, and summarizing employee benefits dataConduct research and troubleshoot matters pertaining to invoicing and invoice reconciliationMaintain and develop relationships with internal partners, third party administrators and external vendorsIdentifies opportunities for operational improvements and collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement changes effectivelyAssist with matters pertaining to global retirement plansMaintain retirement plan records and files Assist in special projects pertaining to US Benefits programs Qualifications: 4+ years of experience working with employee benefits, specifically 401K and retirement plan administrationStrong foundational understanding of 401(k) and retirement program administration including auditing and Non-discrimination testing (NDT) and health benefit plan principles and compliance requirementsWell-developed customer and relationship management skills, including credibility and influencing skills; strong customer service orientationExcellent written, verbal, listening capabilities and attention to detail; proactive approach to communicationDemonstrated ability to thrive in a rapidly growing, fast-changing, highly collaborative environment alongside experience working in a matrix environmentAbility to effectively lead prioritization of workload and meet deadlines through project managementProcess driven and methodical in approach to implementing programs & solutionsIntermediate level expertise in Google Tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides) & Microsoft Office (specifically, Microsoft Excel)Experience working in Fidelity Plan Sponsor Workstation (PSW), preferred; experience working with retirement plan administration systems requiredExperience working with SAP & ARIBA toolsBachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field #LI-LS1  Additional Information:Enabling your best to power a better media future.Holistic Rewards: We are committed to an inclusive benefits package that supports our employees and their families.
