As a Senior Automation Developer, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, develop efficient automation workflows, and ensure successful adoption of UiPath products. Your expertise will directly contribute to our customers' digital transformation journeys while helping expand the UiPath ecosystem.What you'll do at UiPathDesign, develop, test, deploy, and document automation workflows that drive successful adoption of UiPath productsAnalyze business processes and suggest improvements to create efficient RPA solutionsCreate reusable components and implement well-structured, maintainable codeGather project requirements and support integration with partner products client applications and third-party technologiesTroubleshoot and resolve issues in robotic processes, providing timely solutionsCreate and document test procedures for pre-UAT phasesSupport existing automations and implement changes through structured control processesCollaborate with the product team to suggest core functionality improvementsAs needed, participate in client-facing scoping discussions and prepare work effort estimatesAbility to deliver UiPath trainings and mentoring sessions along with a solid understanding of UiPath advanced topicsWhat you'll bring to the team5+ years of experience with software development life cycle, process re-engineering, and automation technologiesStrong communication, presentation, and organizational skills with excellent time managementAbility to break down business problems into logical tasks and think creativelyCross-functional business and application knowledgeUnderstanding of VB, object-oriented languages, scripting, and database query languagesNice-to-Have Skills:Project and change management experience, particularly with IT implementations and UAT managementRecent experience with large language models and agentic implementationsExperience preparing presentations ranging from high-level functional overviews to detailed technical documentationProficiency collaborating with stakeholders across different functional areasVertical/Industry experience with customers in financial services, public sector, manufacturing, or healthcare and life sciencesMaybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job?
