Manage and maintain the Atlassian Cloud infrastructure for the company.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Atlassian products.
Continuously optimize and improve the Atlassian Cloud environment to enhance collaboration and streamline processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide technical solutions.
Develop and implement best practices for Atlassian products usage and administration.
Train and support employees on how to effectively use Atlassian tools.
Stay updated on the latest Atlassian updates, features, and integrations to ensure the company is utilizing the most current and efficient tools.
Monitor system performance and proactively address any potential issues.
Work with vendors and external support to resolve any system issues or outages.
Create and maintain documentation for Atlassian products and processes.
Keep track of licenses, renewals, and upgrades for Atlassian products.
Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new Atlassian products and features.
Lead and participate in projects related to Atlassian products, including upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
Mentor and assist junior team members.
Adhere to company security and compliance policies and procedures.
