Senior Associate/Counsel - Premises Liability (Fully Remote/Hybrid)
Leading defense firm is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney or Of Counsel with Premises Liability experience to join their Midtown Manhattan office. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience. You will work on a variety of matters related to Venue Liability (recreational/entertainment). Option to work mostly or fully remote.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Handle cases from inception to resolution including preparation of pleadings, motion practice, taking and defending depositions and trial work
ā¢ Independently manage a caseload
ā¢ Make court appearances
ā¢ Communicate with clients and provide status reports
Qualifications:
ā¢ 5+ years of experience
ā¢ Familiarity with (NYS Labor Law 240, 241) a plus!
ā¢ Trial prep experience
ā¢ Licensed to practice in NY
Base salary up to 175k (DOE) + Bonuses + Comprehensive Benefits + Fully Remote or Hybrid
