Senior Associate, Digital Activation

OMD is the Cannes Lions 2024 Media Network of the Year and the world's largest media network, excelling in data-driven media activation. The Senior Associate – Digital Activation will support the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of programmatic advertising campaigns, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure strong campaign performance aligned with client goals.ResponsibilitiesSet up, launch, and manage programmatic campaigns across DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, etc.)Implement campaign structures including line items, targeting, creatives, pacing, and budgetsMonitor campaign delivery and performance daily to ensure pacing and KPI targets are metTroubleshoot campaign delivery issues and ensure proper tracking and taggingAnalyze campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPM, CPA, CPC, viewability, and conversionsExecute ongoing optimizations including:Audience refinementBid adjustmentsInventory and placement optimizationFrequency and pacing adjustmentsIdentify opportunities for performance improvement and scalingSupport weekly and monthly reporting deliverables for clients and internal teamsTranslate campaign performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendationsMaintain reporting dashboards and assist with performance analysisWork cross-functionally with strategy, analytics, creative, and client services teamsCoordinate with platform vendors and data partners when neededAssist managers in preparing campaign updates and performance summaries for clientsConduct QA checks on campaign setups, pixels, tracking, and creative assetsEnsure campaigns comply with brand safety, privacy regulations, and platform policiesSkills1–2 years of experience in digital media buying, programmatic advertising, or digital activationHands-on experience with at least one DSP such as: DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Yahoo DSPStrong understanding of programmatic ecosystem including DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, and data providersFamiliarity with ad serving, tagging, and tracking pixelsProficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reportingStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.)Knowledge of brand safety and verification tools (IAS, DoubleVerify, MOAT)Familiarity with audience segmentation and data platforms (DMP/CDP)Understanding of privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA)BenefitsHealth insuranceVision insuranceDental insurance401(k)Healthcare Flexible Spending AccountDependent Care Flexible Spending AccountVacation daysSick daysPersonal daysPaid parental leavePaid medical leaveSTD/LTD insurance benefitsCompany OverviewOMD is a media communications agency committed to delivering sharper insights, smarter ideas and stronger results.
