Senior Applications Developer, Mast Technology Services, Inc., Reynoldsburg, OH. Build and support complex OpenText solution. Technical lead role that requires hands-on ECM application development and able to collaborate with business. Work with global SAP Delivery team and be accountable for technical delivery of all objects and configurations. Develop, implement, and maintain OpenText solutions with a focus on Answer Module content script, SAP ECM, and SAP Extended ECM on Cloud. Knowledge of SAP modules like PPM, REFX, and integration to HANA BW. Collaborate with functional partners and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define system design specifications, and provide recommendations for the configuration of OpenText solutions. Work with business stakeholders and end users to ensure that OpenText solutions are aligned with business needs, meet user requirements, and are effectively adopted. Design and develop content scripts for Answer Module to automate business processes and enhance user experience. Work with SAP team to integrate OpenText Extended ECM with SAP, including design and implementation of data integration and user interfaces. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members in the development, implementation, and production support of OpenText solutions. Manage and execute project plans to ensure timely delivery of OpenText solutions, including coordinating with functional partners and business stakeholders for testing, training, and rollout activities. Provide production support for OpenText solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving incidents, identifying and addressing issues, and ensuring system availability and performance. Collaborate with functional partners, business stakeholders, and end users to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in OpenText solutions. Stay up to date with new developments in OpenText technologies and share knowledge with the team. Remote Work Available. Telecommuting required – employee may live anywhere in the United States.
