They are seeking a proactive NOC Analyst to monitor and troubleshoot network and infrastructure alerts, ensuring optimal performance for critical financial systems.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and respond to network and infrastructure alerts using tools such as SolarWinds, ensuring optimal performance and reliability for critical financial systemsProvide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Windows servers and related technologiesAutomate NOC functions using scripting (PowerShell, Python) and tools like Power Automate to improve efficiencyHost and manage incident resolution calls on a 24/7 basisMaintain and update weekly and monthly NOC reportsSupport Active Directory services for secure and efficient user accessRespond to alerts, incidents, and service requests promptly to minimize downtimeCollaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues impacting financial systemsPerform routine checks on network equipment and configurationsCreate and maintain accurate documentation (Runbooks, Procedures) for incidents and preventive measuresFollow established incident response and escalation procedures aligned with financial industry standardsUse tools such as Microsoft Office, Teams, ServiceNow, xMatters, SecureCRT, WebEx, and others for communication and collaborationContribute to continuous improvement of NOC processes and proceduresStay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance monitoring and automation capabilitiesSkillsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience1–2 years of experience in a NOC or similar role supporting network and Windows server environmentsStrong understanding of networking protocols, hardware, and Windows server administrationExperience with Active Directory and secure user access managementFamiliarity with tools such as SolarWinds, ServiceNow, xMatters, Microsoft Office, Teams, SecureCRT, WebExScripting experience (PowerShell, Python) and automation mindsetExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environmentStrong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiencesRelevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft) are a plusExperience with Power Automate and leveraging Copilot for productivityFamiliarity with financial industry compliance and security standardsDemonstrated ability to innovate and improve processes using technologyBenefitsComprehensive health and wellness benefitsRetirement plansEducational assistance and training programsIncome replacement for qualified employees with disabilitiesPaid maternity and parental bonding leavePaid vacationSick daysHolidaysCompany OverviewMUFG (Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group) is one of the world's leading financial groups.
