As a Senior Analyst - IT CRM - Sales Cloud & Marketing Automation, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse individuals worldwide. Your key responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with business partners to understand their requirements and objectives
Translating business needs into CRM functional specifications
Working with technical teams to design and configure the CRM platform
Leading and supporting build-out prioritization and run scope
Managing the run development lifecycle
Partnering with the business to drive customer adoption through effective training, communication, and support
Your Skills and Expertise
To excel in this role, 3M expects (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified before start) from an accredited university
At least 7 years of CRM Sales platform experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
Additional qualifications that could be beneficial for success in this role include:
Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator, are preferred
Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce design and customization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
