They are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Software Engineer to shape the user experience by building intuitive interfaces and collaborating with cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesUI Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and refine highly interactive frontend features for cloud analytics and infrastructure visualization. Own the architecture of core components, including dashboards, data flows, and rich user interfacesHands-on Coding: Write high-quality, maintainable, and tested code in React and TypeScript. Leverage GraphQL and Apollo Client to integrate with backend services efficientlyVisualization & Performance: Build and optimize advanced visualizations using libraries like D3.js, ApexCharts, and React Flow. Ensure responsive design and fast load times across complex UI surfacesCross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside product, design, and backend engineering to translate business goals into compelling product experiences. Mentor junior developers and help guide technical decisions across the frontend stackContinuous Improvement: Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and roadmap planning. Contribute to design systems and component libraries in collaboration with design and UXSkills7+ years of professional frontend development experience, with a focus on building complex, high-scale web applicationsProven track record delivering features in production with modern JS frameworksDeep expertise in React, TypeScript, and state management patterns (e.g. Zustand, Context API)Experience with GraphQL, component-driven development (Storybook), and testing with Playwright or CypressFamiliarity with Next.js, MUI, and performance tuningStrong understanding of application architecture, API design, and frontend-backend interaction patternsAbility to work on data-rich UIs and build a robust, reactive data systemDemonstrated ability to optimize code and systems for performance, scalability, and reliabilityStrong collaboration and communication skills with a bias for actionExperience mentoring engineers and influencing product directionLegal authorization to work in the United StatesBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related fieldExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., ReactFlow, D3.js, ApexCharts)Familiarity with analytics, monitoring, or security platformsKnowledge of cloud-native applications or microservice architecturesUnderstanding of internationalization (i18n) and accessibility best practicesPrior work in Agile/Scrum environmentsCompany OverviewEffodio gives SRE and Ops teams for the first time the ability to easily and automatically discover the source of issues in their cloud environments.
