Senior Analyst, Dental Recruiter Fully Remote
About the position
Responsibilities
• Recruit quality dental networks of dentists for Aetna Dental Commercial and Medicare clients.
• Foster growth of managed care contracted networks.
• Enhance the profitability of Aetna.
• Utilize a remote, mobile work environment for recruitment projects.
Requirements
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong negotiation expertise.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Agility and flexibility towards changing priorities.
• Ability to travel up to 20% for recruiting projects.
Nice-to-haves
• 5-8 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
• Adept at critical and independent thinking.
• Ability to analyze situations and determine relevant points and proper courses of action.
• Knowledge of ADA/CDT codes and general dental terminology is preferred.
• Health/Dental insurance knowledge is preferred.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Exceptional presentation skills/experience preferred.
