Marketing SME for AI Training (Bilingual | US Only | 1099)
We are hiring an experienced Marketing Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support AI model training and evaluation for marketing use cases.
In this role, you will review AI-generated marketing content, simulate real-world workflows, and provide expert feedback to improve model accuracy, creativity, and business relevance.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate AI-generated marketing content (campaigns, ad copy, strategies)
Identify gaps in logic, tone, targeting, and performance assumptions
Provide structured feedback to improve AI outputs
Support data annotation and labeling for marketing datasets
Translate real-world marketing workflows into AI training scenarios
Collaborate with AI, product, and data teams
Required Experience:
7+ years of hands-on experience in marketing
Strong expertise in digital marketing, campaign strategy, and analytics
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)
Strong understanding of campaign lifecycle, A/B testing, and ROI optimization
Ability to evaluate why campaigns succeed or fail
Mandatory Requirements:
Must be based in the United States
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
Must be fluent in English + ONE of the following:
Spanish / Portuguese / German / Arabic / Chinese
Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor
Nice to Have:
Experience working with AI / LLMs / Chatbots
Exposure to tools like Gong, Chorus, or AI-driven analytics platforms
Engagement Details:
Duration: 1–3 months
Hourly Rate: $70–$100
Up to 35 hours/week (flexible)
Location - Remote within US
