About the Role The Advanced and Direct Client Development Group within blithequark's US Consumer Marketing division is responsible for driving incremental revenue growth through customer-driven strategies across various marketing channels. As a Senior Analyst - Customer Growth Site Marketing, you will play a critical role in enhancing the acquisition experience on our proprietary site for our existing Card Member base in the US. Your primary focus will be on delivering revenue through strategic pitches, upgrades, standalone valuable cards, lending, and banking services across a range of products. Key Responsibilities Support the marketing of strategic pitches, upgrades, standalone valuable cards, lending, and banking services across Client Site in collaboration with leadership and partners. Oversee the day-to-day administration of the site channel for the consumer card portfolio to achieve acquisition targets across products. Proactively identify opportunities for growth; collaborate with partners to prioritize and build feature enhancements to enable better customer experiences and increase key engagement metrics. Partner with analytics to understand channel performance, translate data into insights, and optimize accordingly. Support the development of the channel forecast, monthly reporting/discussion, and monthly re-forecasting process. The ideal candidate will have: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Demonstrated leadership and relationship skills, including the ability to influence positive outcomes and develop strong associations/relationships with key business units across all levels of the organization.
