About the Role The Advanced and Direct Client Development Group within blithequark's US Consumer Marketing division is responsible for driving incremental revenue growth through customer-driven strategies across various marketing channels. As a Senior Analyst - Customer Growth Site Marketing, you will play a critical role in enhancing the acquisition experience on our proprietary site for our existing Card Member base in the US. Your primary focus will be on delivering revenue through strategic pitches, upgrades, standalone valuable cards, lending, and banking services across a range of products. Key Responsibilities Support the marketing of strategic pitches, upgrades, standalone valuable cards, lending, and banking services across Client Site in collaboration with leadership and partners. Oversee the day-to-day administration of the site channel for the consumer card portfolio to achieve acquisition targets across products. Proactively identify opportunities for growth; collaborate with partners to prioritize and build feature enhancements to enable better customer experiences and increase key engagement metrics. Partner with analytics to understand channel performance, translate data into insights, and optimize accordingly. Support the development of the channel forecast, monthly reporting/discussion, and monthly re-forecasting process. The ideal candidate will have: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. A self-motivated, enthusiastic, and creative approach to work, with a proven ability to simultaneously achieve results under tight deadlines and juggle multiple tasks. Strong drive and problem-solving skills - finding a way around obstacles and challenges with a positive attitude. Demonstrated leadership and relationship skills, including the ability to influence positive outcomes and develop strong associations/relationships with key business units across all levels of the organization. A strategic and innovative problem-solver with the capacity to develop compelling strategies and drive successful execution. A willingness to think outside the box; innovation-minded to create insights, decisions, and opportunities for business success. Strong analytical capability with the experience to translate insights and ideas into recommendations.
