Treliant is seeking FileReviewers and Quality ControlSpecialists to join its Washington, DC project. Successful candidates willconduct compliance loan file review analysis for Servicemembers Civil ReliefAct (SCRA) protected accounts, including mortgages, consumer loans, and creditcards. An understanding of SCRA and regulations alongwith subject matter expertise effectively managing complex and diverse qualityoperations is preferred. File Reviewer Specialists will identify and verify exceptions withinfiles. Quality Control Specialists willperform quality control reviews, manage small teams and prepare reports andfindings in a clear and concise manner.

Applicants should possess excellent written and oral communication skills and working knowledge of laws and regulations governing consumer loans or residential mortgages. Preference will be given to candidates with experience performing documentation reviews.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or equivalent work experience in the financial industry demonstrating research and analytical skills.
• 6 + years of recent Compliance experience in consumer lending or mortgage required.
• Experience with regulatory change and implementation.
• Knowledge and strong proficiency in consumer related regulatory requirements particularly those related to SCRA is preferred.
• Proficient on multiple technology platforms including MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint and various Loan Origination Systems.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data with the ability to move quickly between systems.
• Strong research skills and ability to process and analyze data quickly.
• Solid written and oral communication skills.
• Experience working in a production and quality control driven environment.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and changing environment.
• Ability to quickly move between systems.
