About the Role
As an Senior AI Engineer in Bridge-it's India team, you will have the chance to build and apply Generative AI and traditional ML technologies, contributing to the development of an innovative AI-driven SaaS platform. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cutting edge Generative AI technologies, sharpen your technical skills, and work on a project that aims to make a real-world impact. Minimum 3 years of professional (post education) fulltime experience with minimum 2 years of traditional ML experience and 1 year of Generative AI experience is must.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the AI team at bridge-itIdentify and create datasets to build a domain specific knowledge baseWork on Prompt Engineering and create advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.Build and optimize scalable REST APIs using Python.Utilize frameworks like LangChain and Langraph for complex AI workflows.Collaborate on implementing knowledge graphs and Agentic frameworks such as LangGraph.Build AI APIs using Django or FastAPI.Use and fine-tune Generative AI models for real-world applications.
