Job Purpose

About the Role



The AI Coordinator is an integral part of our Data Services team. They will play a key role in ensuring top-notch production for our AI projects and be responsible for providing quality and innovation assistance to our project management teams. As part of the Data Services Team, the AI Coordinator will help design, implement, and manage our quality strategy, including production workflows, data analysis, and tracking of production KPIs. Expertise evaluating AI-related skills and managing production Control processes will be essential for this role.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the delivery of Data Services projects (data annotation, data validation, data collection)

Communicate with Vendor Management department and requesting a pool of raters and with Quality department on creating/editing specific guidelines

Active written communication with all the vendors (raters) and coordination of the assigned tasks. Following up with inactive or unresponsive vendors. Coordination of external Quality Assurance

Status monitoring across all assigned tasks and troubleshooting any issues

Internal reporting about project status, possible issues, exceptions etc – we use Excel for reporting

Create data views, data export and manipulate with large amount of data – mostly in Excel

Get an opportunity to participate in implementing new tools and processes, their testing and evaluation to ensure the most effective production

Skills & Experience

Very good verbal and written English proficiency – you would be working in English speaking environment

Some previous experience with coordinating projects or tasks management

Attention to detail, ability to improvise, solve problems and work independently

Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office

Team spirit—you will be part of a team that helps each other

At least a basic knowledge of HTML/XML, SQL, and/or any programming language an advantage, but not a must.
