Senior Agile Project Manager (Short-Term Coaching + Execution Support)

We are building AskSOPia, an AI-powered knowledge management platform (Azure OpenAI, RAG, Blob Storage, Cognitive Search, Power Automate integrations, video-to-SOP pipelines, etc.). We need an experienced Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master for a short-term engagement whose role is 50% execution support and 50% coaching for our internal project manager. This is not a long-term PM replacement — it’s a high-impact enablement role to bring structure, speed, and clarity to our delivery process. Your Responsibilities ✔️ Agile Coaching / Enablement Coach our internal PM (Ren) in Agile best practices Teach sprint planning, backlog refinement, prioritization methods Train him on how to run standups, retros, and coordination with the dev team Help establish a repeatable project structure & cadence Gradually hand over responsibilities so Ren becomes fully self-sufficient ✔️ Delivery Execution Review our current workstreams (AI chatbot, radiology implementation, logistics demo, learning journeys, voice agent, etc.) Build a clean backlog in Azure DevOps (epics → features → stories) Identify bottlenecks and unblock the dev team Introduce a proper sprint cadence (weekly) Ensure clarity of scope, timelines, and dependencies Improve communication flows and reduce chaos & rework ✔️ Documentation & Handover Deliver a lightweight “Agile Playbook” for our environment Provide Ren with templates: user stories, acceptance criteria, tasks, communication formats Final handover at the end of engagement Requirements 5+ years as Agile PM or Scrum Master Strong experience in SaaS, AI, or cloud-native projects Familiar with: Azure DevOps RAG systems or LLM integrations (a plus) Azure ecosystem (a plus) Able to quickly bring structure to a fast-moving startup environment Excellent communication skills Strong coaching & mentoring abilities Can work EU business hours (at least 3–4 hours overlap) Duration 2–6 weeks, depending on momentum and outcomes. Approx. 10–20 hours/week.
