Responsibilities:

Review and verify invoices and receipts for accuracy.
Process payments and credits efficiently and accurately.
Monitor accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
Communicate with customers regarding payment status and discrepancies, resolving issues promptly.
Prepare reports on accounts receivable performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Assist with reconciling accounts and investigating discrepancies.


Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
A driven and resilient personality with a proactive approach.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
