Job Summary
Provides systematic and strategic approaches related to the effectiveness of risk management control and governance processes. Examines and evaluates organization processes, reporting findings back to management regarding possible improvements and corrections.
Job Responsibilities
Develop internal audit scope and auditplans
Audits the organization's internal operations as directed byleadership.
Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results and documentprocesses
• Performs specialized assignments; solves complex problems and developsnon-traditional solutions through sophisticated analytical thinking
• Interprets internal/external business environment
• Recommends best practices to improve processes orservices
Impacts achievements of customer, operational, project or serviceobjectives
Communicates difficult concepts to team to generate clarity andalignment on projects, initiatives, and various workproducts
May lead functional projects with moderate risks and resourcerequirements
Individual contributor working independently; may require guidance inhighly complexsituations
Performs all other duties as assigned bymanagement
Education
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fieldpreferred
Experience
Typically requires 5+ years of related workexperience

Pay Range & Benefits
$106,945.38 - $160,418.07 Annually
The base salary range provided is consistent with similar roles at the Company. The base salary range is not an absolute, but a guide, and actual offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components. Depending upon all of the preceding considerations, the base salary may be lower or higher than the stated range.
